To ensure the safety and health of your pet and any other guests we request that you comply with the following:

1. All dogs must have up to date vaccinations against canine distemper, canine hepatitis and canine parvovirus. You will be asked to show proof of vaccination.
   
2. We do not accept
• Bitches in season or about to come into season and accept no liability for unwanted pregnancies.
• Uncastrated dogs over the age of nine months.
• Dogs that are aggressive to humans or other animals.
• Dogs with behavioural problems or with a history of biting.
  
3. Your dog should be on an effective flea and worm programme. Please ensure that your dog has had appropriate treatment for worms and fleas before they visit.
   
4. Should your dog show signs of illness whilst in our care, your veterinary surgeon will be consulted and may be asked to visit. In the event of this happening you will be liable for any fees incurred.
   
5. Fees are charged at £20 per day. There will be no charge for the last day if the dog is collected before the dropping off time on the day of arrival. e.g. dogs dropped off before 10am must be collected before 10 am. Collection after 10am incurs the full fee for the day.
   
6. Should you decide to collect your dog before the agreed collection date you will be charged for the full term booked.
   
7. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking the full charge for the booking will be due if less than 14 days notice is given.
